Damian Pataluna elected Vice President of SIPA    The Structural Panel Association held it's annual conference at Skamania Lodge, near Portland, OR in May. Over 150 people were in attendance. At the meeting, Damian Pataluna, Division Manager of FischerSIPS, Inc. was elected as Vice President to the Board of Directors of S.I.P.A. Damian is very active in the industry and keeps abreast of the current issues. One exciting development to come out of the meeting was a resolution by the board to pursue a HUD protocol for SIPS panels. This is the first step in standardizing the SIP industry. The board plans to move forward immediately with the protocol and hopes to have a standard SIP protocol written in the next 18-24 months.       Select A Page To View
