Our current project is unique to the Louisville, Kentucky
area. Once project 531 is completed it will be the first
LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, home
in Louisville. Project 531 is residentional construction
project with registered builder Vince Kimbel and it's mission
is to illustrate how a high performance home can be affordable.
The home is 2771 SF and was designed by Kimbel Construction,
Inc. By combining several energy efficient products in this
home Kimbel Construction, Inc. estimates the average utility
bill will be around $80.00. FischerSIPS, LLC is honored
to a part of the first low energy home in Louisville, Kentucky.
